Our Price Promise
Book a Menzies Hotel either through our website, our central reservations office or directly with the hotel. If within the next 24 hours you then find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, dates and booking conditions contact our central reservations office on 0845 850 3013 or email reservations@menzieshotels.co.uk. If the lower price you find complies with the terms and conditions detailed below we will honour the lower rate and make a further 10% reduction off your room rate for your reservation with us.
Terms and Conditions
- Clients must contact us within 24 hours of making their reservation.
- Our price promise does not apply to the following rate types; prices that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates, discount rates offered only to members of a group, package rates or pre-paid rates that involve a voucher.
- If a lower comparison rate is found it must be bookable by the general public and still valid at the time Menzies Hotels validates the claim
