New corporate branding signals start of a year of major investment for Menzies Hotels.
Over the past 12 months we’ve been talking to our customers and trade partners about what they want from a quality hotel group. Following this feedback, the team at Menzies Hotels have been re-imagining our business so that we can deliver a better customer experience to our guests.
Our brand objective is challenging yet clear: to ‘establish Menzies Hotels as one of the UK’s leading 4 star hotel brands’. We have identified that customers want ‘a unique home away from home experience, blending 4 star quality with a warm, friendly welcome.’ To reflect this new positioning, we have a brand new company strapline: ‘You’re in a good place’.
