A £50.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full pre-payment is due on 1st December 2011. All pre-payments are non-refundable. All prices are per person based on two people sharing a standard double or twin room for the number of nights indicated in the programme. Single supplements apply. The packages include a full cooked breakfast and meals as indicated. There are no refunds for meals not taken. All hotels reserve the right to finalise seating plans on the day. Unless specified drinks are not included in the price. Hotels reserve the right to amend any of the published entertainment or activity. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices for children are available and are either based on children sharing a room with two full paying adults or being allocated a single room. Children aged 5 and under stay and eat free. Children between the age of six and ten pay 25% of the adult rate. Children between the age of 11 and 16 pay 50% of the adult rate. Children under the age of 16, who require their own room, will be charged at 80% of the adult rate. Children over 16 requiring their own room will be charged at the normal adult rate. On the New Year's Eve package only children 11 years and over will be permitted to attend the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner. High tea for children less than 11 years will be served at 5.30pm. When making your reservation you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your booking.

Christmas packages - arrival date 23rd December for 5 and 4 night packages, 24th December for 3 night packages. New Year packages – arrival date 29th December for 4 night packages, 30th December for 3 and 2 night packages, 31st December for 1 night packages.
