Parking
Please use The Mall Central Car Park for general and disabled parking. Customers using satellite navigation please note the The Mall Central Car Park postcode is LU1 2HN.

There is limited free overnight car parking at the hotel accessed via Guildford Street, alternatively park in The Mall car park (SAT NAV LU1 2HN) adjacent to the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further details.

Drop off     
For Hotel drop off, please continue down Guildford Street towards the Galaxy centre and turn left at the traffic lights. Follow the road round and drop off/pick up in the signed disabled car park on your right. Continue to access the Hotel through the Malls Atrium building with the assisted signage.

By rail
London to Luton approximately 30 minutes.
Luton train station is approximately a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Exit through the barrier and turn left under the sign saying ‘Town Centre’ and continue down the black staircase, turn right and cross the road following the alley way into town. Continue forward passing the Hat Factory on your right hand side, cross over at the lights onto Bute Street and enter The Mall straight ahead. Go up the escalators, turn right and continue down the end of The Mall. Exit opposite TK Max and the Hotel is on your left hand side.

By rail
From London/Luton Airport (2 miles).
Local buses depart from bay 8 & 9. There is a regular bus service connecting the airport with Luton Town Centre, Watford, St Albans, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Harpenden and Dunstable. For airport travel information please click here and click here for further Luton public transport.

By foot
The city centre is approximately 2 minutes walk. Walk out of the hotel and turn right. Before arriving in the Mall Shopping centre walk down the stairs into St George’s Square.
