“NO COMPLAINTS!!”
Myself & four other ladies stayed for one night at this Hotel last week-end. We were there with National Holidays. We were apprehensive to begin with BUT – the Coach was clean & comfortable The Hotel nice. We had single rooms and a twin room and we were very pleased. Dinner was a choice of three starters served at table then again a choice of three for main meal served as a carvery and three choices for desert served at table. Breakfast was serve yourself but there was simply everything you want on offer. The Hotel was nice with complimentary Tea/Coffee the staff friendly – would definitely go there again – we found the Bar top priced.

“Hotel Manager Mark Was superb”
Due to Budapest airport being closed Easyjet arranged for the whole flight of passengers to stay at this hotel. We received a very warm welcome from Mark and he arranged for all the guests bedrooms and informed us dinner was at 6:30. We was there at dinner making sure all the passengers were ok and dealt very well with a disgruntled stag party. He was there this morning at 6am to make sure all the passengers got on the coaches and back to the airport. First class treatment, thank you Mark.

“Magical experience”
Glamour events uk limited have always found the staff at the hotel very friendly compared to other hotels in the area. On behalf of glamour events of team i would like to say a big thanks to Jaquie and Sarah for the great customer service they have provided. We would highly recommend this hotel to our customers and and staff. The service is of very high standard and one the hotel should be proud of. If you are in luton stay in this hotel you do no want to miss out on a luxury experience in heart of luton.

“A lovely hotel”
The welcome we received on arrival was excellent. The rooms were lovely with everything we could need including air conditioning. The staff were so friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautifully cooked and a good selection to choose from. We were part of a National Holidays coach party and everyone was full of praise for the hotel and staff. We will definitely stay here again.

”Hidden treasure”
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my children. I had read the reviews prior to booking here and I am so happy I didn’t allow those reviews stop me from staying!! The overall inner appearance of the hotel stated class was well decorated and clean. The reception was cheerful and knowledgeable and very helpful! The rooms itself although a bit small, were clean and comfortable! All rooms came with free wifi and satellite tv. We enjoyed the breakfast although the could change up the selections a bit but lovely all the same. We went swimming and used the gym-loved being able to do that! One suggestion- have disinfectant spray bottles in the fitness center so that the machines can be cleaned by individuals after each use. Close to Arndale mall, which was wonderful for us as we were able to get necessary items or just go shopping or eat! Movie theater, bowling alley, and my favourite restaurant NANDO’s within walking distance!! Would return in a heartbeat!!
