“Another great stay”
This will be our 5th or 6th time at the hotel & once again we weren’t disappointed. Alll the staff were a credit to the hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on all 3 nights & the food was tremendous although on the last night not all the menu was available.
If you want a ‘get away from it all’ stay in a lovely part of the country then this is the place to go.

“Well above Expectations”
We didn’t expect too much from this hotel as it was a Travelzoo special offer, but our all too short overnight stay was faultless. John on the front desk made checking in very easy and pleasant, an asset to any hotel this “young” man! Our rooms, 14 & 8 on the ground floor, were very clean and well appointed, although the toilet at 14 was a little lacking when it came time to flush, mentioned to John on checking out and was assured it would be addressed. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our 3 course evening meal and the extensive breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the success it was. Although the local town doesn’t have too much going on, the hotel is well placed for a visit to Birmingham with all it’s attractions. If you fancy a pleasant stroll, just walk down the drive and cross over the road to Hartlebury Common.

“Short break delight”
Just enjoyed a couple of nights at this superbly-run hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the young trainee in the restaurant has a bright future ahead of him if he continues to offer the same high class level of service. The staff on the front desk were also very welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and we particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities. Well done to all staff!

“Amazing Overnight Stay Here”
Amazing overnight stay here with 5 friends. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Cream tea and use of spa facilities into the bargain, all in peaceful surroundings, what could be better. Brilliant.

I had my wedding reception here and everything went smoothly the staff were friendly and attentive the food was delicious the rooms looked fantastic and they were accommodating to my random requests including a 12ft stage for a live band. I can’t fault the place in any way and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reception venue or somewhere to stay.

Last weekend a party of walkers 39 people stayed here. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. All the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a room for us to have our usual quiz in. The rooms were very good and the food was good too. We would certainly recommend this Hotel and would return.

We held our wedding reception here on 7th September and cannot fault the hotel or its staff, from the moment we got there Nigel and his team were 5*, our food was beautiful yet reasonable and our BBQ on the evening went down a storm, plenty of bar staff so no one was left waiting long. The following morning they even provided us with a private breakfast area so all our guests could sit together the next morning, our bridal suit was immaculate (would recommend one of the massive beds everyone else seemed to have though) the hotel is set in beautiful grounds to have lots of lovely pics taken! Once again thank to Nigel and his team and would recommend this place to anyone.

We celebrated our wedding at the Stourport Manor Hotel and we had the most amazing day. From start to finish the hotel staff just couldn’t do enough for us. I’m a perfectionist and had a few reservations when we were told by our wedding coordinator to leave it in their safe hands on the actual day, but I can honestly say I couldn’t have done a better job myself. Everything was where I had asked for it to be, the day ran so smoothly and we had so many comments from our guests on what a great day they had had.
The meal was perfect, the evening buffet was perfect, the breakfast the next day was perfect, cannot fault them on food. The next morning they even set up a separate room so our guests could enjoy their breakfast separately from the other guests in the hotel, we felt like royalty.
We had such a great time my sister is now looking into cancelling the venue she had booked for her wedding next year and rebooking at the Stourport Manor!

We stayed with family for one night. Because of a family bereavement we had to change our booking at the last minute. The hotel management were brilliant and changed our booking with no extra charge.
The children loved the pool and there is a lovely seating area with refreshments adjoining the health club. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fruit, cereal, baked goods and cooked food.
I would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel was, without doubt, is its staff ALL of whom were courteous and very helpful and seemed to have a genuine desire to make our stay special.

“Good if not great stay. Very helpful staff!”
We stayed at this small hotel for a few nights and were happy with the accommodations. The room was clean and well stocked. The restaurant was fair but not extraordinary. The bar did have outside seating and a nice breeze with a relaxed air. The staff was helpful and, while new at the hotel, were knowledgeable about the area. If I ever return to the area (not likely, but anything is possible) I’d stay here again.

“Perfect wedding venue”
Our wedding was at the Stourport Manor and it was absolutely fabulous. In the 16 months between booking the wedding and the big day we found ourselves here quite a few times. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful (even those who did not know we were getting married there), the food is excellent and the rooms and facilities top class. Thank you very much stourport manor. One word of caution, some websites, including the Menzies website, describe this as ‘Birmingham’ which I don’t think it really is.

An excellent Hotel, hidden away just outside Stourport but worth finding. Comfortable and clean. Food was excellent with good choices. The staff were marvellous, particularly Danielle who looked after us so well. Staff were friendly and courteous. Thank you to all at Stourport Manor.

“Lovely Hotel on the edge of town”
We stayed in The Stourport Manor Hotel from the 27th-29th of June 2013. Our experience of the hotel was very positive…we stayed in a family room which was adequate for our needs…it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were great…very friendly and helpful from the girls on reception to the leisure centre staff. The leisure centre was excellent…good sized pool with sauna etc…I also made use of the gym which was well-equipped and not too busy. All in all a nice hotel…we would stay here again if we are ever in the Midlands.

“It’s a good one”
We stayed for 3 nights in the end, we had booked for two nights but after the first night we liked the place so much we had one more night, given us a hotel of a 3 night stay. The place is great, good service, top food and the leisure centre is very good. If you need a top place to stay you have got the right place Stourport Manor. If we are in the UK again and at Stourport we will book for the week as it’s a great location as a home base.

“Great place for a family.”
I love this hotel, the location was a bit secluded but I love it that way. They have WIFI for you to surf the net for free, car park, bar and a massive park/garden which is great for families with kids to play. Would definitely stay again because it was well worth the money.

“A delightful find.”
This hotel did exactly what it said on the cover and more. It is a mix of old and new with added rooms on to the old manor. This has been done very tastefully and with all modern conveniences in mind. The staff in all areas, front of house, catering and fitness centre were all more than helpful.
I think that this attitude seemed prevalent in all areas of the business and I would heartily recommend it to travellers and wedding couples who want a top class experience with value for money in mind.
Well done staff – Keep it up.

Had a three day break at this hotel. Really very pleasant location in a country setting just outside the town. Very nice room. Large comfy beds, with tea and coffee provided. Restaurant was very pleasant with good food and good service from the staff. In fact everyone was great and made our stay very enjoyable, as did the spa facilities.

A really enjoyable weekend with my daughter, son-in-law and 4 month old grandaughter. The hotel was comfortable and the food excellent. The staff (especially Vicky- hope I spelt that correctly) were all very welcoming and helpful. The leisure facilities were good and the gym was one of the best equipped that I have seen in a UK hotel.

“Attended a conference last week”
The food was great, service was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help. Don’t normally comment on conferences, but this needed a special mention. Stayed over and the beds were fantastic, breakfast was to die for so much to choose from.

“Christmas Day Lunch”
My wife and I decided for this Christmas we would try the Stourport Manor Hotel for Christmas Day Lunch a far cry from last year where we were in Akaroa, NZ with blue sky and sunshine ! We had a very nice warm welcome from Natasha as soon as we arrived in the reception area and were immediately invited for a Welcome Buck Fizz drink — a very nice start. Overall we enjoyed our Christmas Day Lunch and would thank the staff accordingly.

“Fantastic Hotel And Amazing Staff”
I have had to stay at Stourport Manor a few times now due to family living near there. I would just like to say the team are always friendly and very welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms are to a very high standard and the beds are the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel.
The gym is also to a good standard small but nice and they all so run studio classes , which is fab for a hotel to do. In fact we enjoyed so much we are taking the family for Christmas Day Lunch and staying for the festive period.
I would just like to say a big thanks to the team at the hotel, keep up the good work.

“A definite weekend chill”
Just returned from another visit to Stourport manor, must be our 5th time now. The hotel is as excellent as before with the staff very attentive and helpful. The new children’s menu was approved by our daughter and our meals were delicious. The variety of breakfast foods has also altered for the better. I had smoked salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce freshly cooked for my breakfast. All that was missing was the champagne. We walked into the town along the canal path where there is a lovely old canal pub -Bird in Hand and stopped there on the way back. We had afternoon tea -sandwiches, cakes and drinks which were lovely served in a quiet lounge where the staff were happy to put on the television for my husband to check the football scores. We swam in the pool 3 times during our stay. The most magical time was early in the morning when the sun came through the window and we could watch the sun’s rays dancing underwater. The rooms were clean, spacious and welcoming. We would recommend this hotel to everybody and can’t wait to return.

We checked in early afternoon to a friendly greeting and were asked to wait in the lounge whilst they checked whether our room was ready. After a couple of minutes we were informed that it was. The room was a good size with good size TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean. Spent time in the gym, pool and sauna which were all good. Dinner was excellent and they do a number of wines by the glass at no extra charge and all reasonably priced. Service was very good and attentive without being obtrusive.
Breakfast next morning was first class with good quality food well cooked. Service again was efficient and friendly. A really enjoyable stay and no complaints

“Hotel comfortable and excellent value”
We stayed at the Menzies Stourport Manor Hotel for two days last week and found it to be a great experience. We stayed in room 2 which was tastefully decorated and had a lovely bathroom which catered for a disabled person. The hotel was very clean, all staff were polite and friendly, good menu, delicious food, excellent service. There was some noise late at night as our room was in the front near the car park but that was to be expected as there had been a wedding that day and quests were leaving. We would not hesitate to book again in the future.
