As a conference organiser, we understand that it’s down to you to make things happen. Well, we’d like to make things happen for you for a change. Our Menzies Loyalty Points programme rewards you for every £100 you decide to spend on meetings, conferences and events at a Menzies Hotel. Then you choose how you want to use your points. For every 10 points, you can choose:
- £10 worth of Next, M&S, John Lewis, Argos or Amazon gift vouchers
- £10 towards a Red Letter Day Experience – (minimum £50 order)
- £20 worth of Menzies Hotels vouchers
- £10 cashback with a cheque made payable to you, your company or a charity of your choice
- £10 charity donation which can be donated to one of our nominated charity partner Macmillan Cancer Support
- For every £100 you spend on a day meeting or residential conference, we’ll give you one Menzies Loyalty Point worth £1

How to claim
Simply complete and return the Menzies Loyalty Points Claim Form within 28 days of each event you book. Download the Claim Form here, and then send it:

Once your claim has been verified, an account will be set up and you will receive a Menzies Loyalty Points Statement.
Redeeming Points: To redeem your points please email the Menzies Loyalty Points Office: firstname.lastname@example.org stating which of the rewards you would like to receive.

Terms and conditions
One Menzies Loyalty Point can be earned for every £100 of conference business to include: day delegate rates, 24-hour rates, room hire and accommodation linked to a meeting or event. Menzies Loyalty Points cannot be earned on sundry items such as audio visual equipment, bar drinks and other items which do not form part of the inclusive package. They can also not be earned on banqueting functions not linked to a meeting. Menzies Loyalty Points must be claimed within 28 days of the meeting or event taking place using an official Menzies Loyalty Points claim form which can be obtained from any Menzies hotel, head office or can be downloaded here. Menzies Loyalty Points can only be claimed once per meeting or event. If there is a dispute, the signatory of our contract will be asked to decide to whom the points should be allocated. Completed claim forms must be sent to Menzies Loyalty Points Office, Menzies Hotels, Bakum House, Etwall Road, Mickleover, Derbyshire DE3 0DL, faxed to 01332 511144 or emailed to email@example.com. Forms received after 28 days of the meeting or event will not be valid. Once the claim form has been verified, a Loyalty Point account number will be set up and a statement sent to the claimant confirming the points achieved. Menzies Loyalty Points can be redeemed at any time but can only be redeemed in denominations of ten. Menzies Hotels reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time having given the members one month’s written notice.
